i went for the first operation of the operation of ' My Teahouse ' in PS. it was total caos. very messy.
the bar counter is too small and very space constrained. sharing with the dim sum deptment is a big headace. The oil from the dim sum keep dripping into the drinks.
for your info i was the only singaporean in the whole resturant. (haha proud rite??) the rest come from China, Malaysia n the Chef from HK.
the job was easy but we keep knocking into each other. tiring job also (only 1 person working in bar).
