A Official public HOliday in Singapore and some other country. Though 'official', it's not celebrated in a big way for many (the indian does look at this day seriously). 1 reason may be that Christmas' coming. More people celebrate X'mas as compared.
Preparations are under the way for the celebrations. Lights for the 'day' are going up from TAnglin to Orchard and then all the way to City HAll and Suntec. The Shopping Malls started decorating their buildings. there are a bit of mess at Orchard with the upcoming very very big revamp.
As for me on the last few days, still work..... Sweating it out at kitchen most of the time. i still need to help in The Super hot kitchen environment. it's making me sweat like hell that i have to bring extra clothes (like free sauna hahaha). i cannot go home without changing if not i smell like shit.
for today i think i spent most of time rotting away. time spent betwn the bks, com and bed Lol. HAd dinner at Clementi with Hong. Got a plate of super salty char kuay tiao. Had a few bits and thats it. i cannot finish it.
Mom's missing again(hahaha). She's nowhere in sight since Sunday nite. I thk she forgot about her son when she is with her grandson Lol......
